These Birds Feature Orange in their Plumage Hummingbirds – Family Trochilidae  The Allen's Hummingbird is very similar to the Rufous Hummingbird (shown below).The Allen's has more green on the back. The females of the two species are very difficult to tell apart. 
The male Rufous Hummingbird sports a fiery orange-red gorget. Orioles – Family Icteridae 
The largest oriole found in the United States, the Altamira Oriole makes its U.S. home in south Texas. 
The Baltimore Oriole is proud to be the mascot of a major league baseball team. 
The Bullock's Oriole is the western equivalent of the Baltimore Oriole. The two were once considered a single species.
